Violent Rape In Laurel, Police Looking For Suspect
The man is believed to be armed with a handgun and driving a white pickup truck.
LAUREL, MD -- Police in Laurel are searching for an armed man in connection with a violent rape and assault that happened on Saturday.
The woman was attacked at a hotel in the 7900 block of Baygreen Road, and police have identified the suspect as 52-year-old Donnell Wesley Boyd, according to a statement from the town of Laurel.
Police describe him as 5'10" and weighing 240 lbs.

"Boyd is armed with a handgun and is considered dangerous," the statement reads. "He was last known to be driving a white pickup truck."
