Vote On New Image, Marketing Theme For City Of Bowie

BOWIE, MD — The community is invited to weigh in on Bowie's new image. During the past several months, Bowie officials have been working on a visioning and branding initiative.

The city has whittled down resident-submitted ideas to three different approaches to marketing the city, each built around an overarching theme. The city's steering committee asks community members to provide more input on what’s being developed by completing another short survey.

Public input will be shared with the City Council when it reviews the marketing and design alternatives at an upcoming City Council meeting. Once there is a consensus on how to move forward, the city will begin implementing the new design.
