A woman is at the gate at Joint Base Andrews claiming to have explosives and refusing to leave, according to a multiple reports.
The base is most famous as the home of Air Force One, the plane that presidents travel in, but other operations are housed at the base. President Trump is scheduled to fly out of Joint Base Andrews on Wednesday to head to North Carolina to visit areas affected by Hurricane Florence.
