Woman Dies After Truck Overturns In Prince George's County (Updates)
A 28-year-old woman died Thursday morning when her dump truck overturned in Largo, police said.

LARGO, MD — Police released additional information about the woman who died early Thursday morning when her dump truck overturned in Largo.
The victim — identified as Trashawn Haggins, 28, of Falls Church, Va. — was heading eastbound on White House Road in Largo when she lost control of the truck while on a curve, police said. Police are still investigating how and why Haggins lost control of the truck.

The dump truck ultimately struck a utility pole, trapping Haggins in her truck with live power lines wrapped around it. Officials worked with Pepco to terminate the power, but the driver died at the scene around 8:15 a.m.
