54-Year-Old Adelphia Woman Hit By Minivan Found Lying In Road: Prince George's Police

A 54-year-old Adelphia woman hit by a minivan was found lying in the road, according to Prince George's Police. She died at the hospital.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 54-year-old Adelphia woman was hit and killed by a minivan Dec. 5 around 6:25 a.m.

Prince George's officers were called to the area of Riggs Road and Ruatan Street. They found Rosa Guzman lying in the road with trauma. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the driver of minivan was traveling on Riggs Road when he hit Guzman who was attempting to cross the roadway. The driver remained on the scene and was uninjured.
