AACC Hosting Congressional Candidate Debate in October

District 3 candidates John Sarbanes, Eric Knowles and Paul Drgos Jr. and District 4 candidates Faith Loudon and Donna Edwards will square off for a debate on Oct. 23 at AACC.

Do you have a taste for political debates after Wednesday's presidential candidate showdown?

District 3 candidates John Sarbanes, Eric Knowles, Paul Drgos Jr. and District 4 candidates Faith Loudon and Donna Edwards will square off for a local debate on Oct. 23 at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC).

The debate is being co-sponsored by the Center for the Study of Local Issues (CLSI) and AACC, and will take place in the Kauffman Theater on the college's Arnold campus.

The event begins at 7 p.m. and will conclude by 9:15 p.m. on Oct. 23, according to a program schedule. 

Candidates for District 3, including Congressman John Sarbanes, Eric Knowles, a recent graduate of AACC, and Paul Drgos Jr. will all be at the debate, according to a press release.

Candidates for District 4, including Congresswoman Donna Edwards and Faith Loudon are also set to debate.

The candidates will be fresh from a debate in Severna Park, where they are set to square off on Oct. 15 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church auditorium.
