BHS Boys Lacrosse Teams Organize Water Donation

A group of local student lacrosse players helped a charitable organization in Annapolis on Sunday.

Broadneck parent Jennie Jacobs let Patch know about this good deed done over the weekend by local students.

On Sunday, members of the boys lacrosse junior varsity and varsity teams collected and delivered several cases of water and juice to Β to support their spring gardening event and bolster their pantry for futureΒ member meetings.Β 

Peter Jacobs, captain of the JV team, organized this event with the help and support of his teammates and coaches.Β Β

β€œThis was such a beautiful example of different members of our great community coming together to help each other out,” said Kelly Sullivan, founder and president of the Wellness House of Annapolis. β€œWe are grateful to the community volunteers for their support, efforts, and ongoing commitment to the well-being of those who have been touched by cancer."
