Kourtney Salvarola, a 2010 graduate from BHS, is batting for University of South Florida (USF) Bulls (50-12) against the University of Oklahoma City Sooners (50-8).Β

Salvarola beat a state record for homeruns in 2007, earning a .698 batting average and 41 runs, according to her career page. She also lettered in varsity softball all four years at BHS.
