A simple way of incorporating this beneficial practice into your life
Practicing mindfulness is learning to live more of your life in the present moment. It is about learning to be vs. do and to focus your awareness on the now without regretting the past or worrying about the future. Both mindfulness and meditation are highly beneficial practices that will help you reduce stress, boost immunity and live more joyfully.
Sometimes people find the thought of meditating and practicing mindfulness to be intimidating because they don’t believe they have the time in their busy schedule to devote to it. For this reason, I always try to keep the techniques and exercises that I teach to clients simple as well as practical so that they can be easily incorporated into everyday life.
