It's the perfect opportunity to think about all you have to be thankful for

Appreciation is a powerful transformational tool and cultivating a greater sense of gratitude in your life is easier than you think! Try this exercise from Whole Living and continue your practice by keeping a daily gratitude journal.

Simply keep a journal or notebook beside your bed and every night before going to sleep, write down three things that you are grateful for. Doing this exercise regularly will shift your focus, significantly boosting your level of positivity and will help you to realize all that you have to be thankful for!
