Plans are in the works for a new CVS Pharmacy to be located at 1500 Ritchie Hwy. in Arnold, where  is currently located. The county's Office of Planning and Zoning gave notice this week of a meeting to discuss preliminary plans for the convenience store and pharmacy with the public. Furniture Solution manager Gerard Kvasnovsky told Patch that he did not know about the proposed CVS. During the , Shaivitz, LLC sought a zoning change for the property, but it was ultimately denied. The developer for the CVS proposal, <a href="http://jcbarprop.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">JC BAR Properties, Inc</a>., has scheduled an informational meeting in July to give the public more information on the project. Representatives from the developer and the county's planning offices will be in attendance. The meeting will be at the at 6:30 p.m. on July 11. Written comments may be submitted to the county by sending a letter to Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning, 2664 Riva Rd., Annapolis, MD 21401.
