AACC 23rd Annual 5K Turkey Trot and One-Mile Jaunt and Food Drive

The first place 5K finishers are eligible to win a free turkey for achieving the fastest time in the race.  In addition, those that accurately predict how fast they will run the race are also eligible to win.  The runners -up from the 5K runners-up can earn a selection of holiday pies, gift cards and more.   There will also be a One-Mile Jaunt that is a noncompetitive, family-friendly event.

The events will be held on the Siegert Field track and will be followed by an awards ceremony in the David S. Jenkins Gymnasium at 1:15 p.m.

Please note that runners under age 15 can compete in the fastest time category only.

The proceeds from the race will benefit the fitness center in the gymnasium.

Participants and their supporters are encouraged to bring canned goods and nonperishable items to the event which will be donated to the AACC Food Pantry.  The AACC Food Pantry is located in the Student Life office.  Items needed include:  microwavable dinners, soups and snacks, cups of fruit, breakfast bars, granola bars and cereal.
