In this presentation, Dr. Daohe Fang will show how you can help fix or prevent: pain; stiffness; tightness; weakness; spastic joints, tendons, and muscles; and sports or degernative related injuries.

Part lecture and part easy exercises (you can sit in your chair).

Dr. Daohe Fang is an acupuncturist and respected doctor of Western & Traditional Chinese Medicine whose practice is in Annapolis.
