FREE Homeschool Kung Fu Class (ages 5 to adult)

Improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance while learning effective self-defense techniques in a non-aggressive environment. These low-cost and fun classes are a great way to get in PE/fitness time while learning important skills.

The class is for homeschoolers ages 5 to adult. Some parents train with their children, and a wide variety of ages participate in the classes. There is space for parents and siblings to do work on the side, and we have free WiFi.
