If you like history, open space, and beautiful landscapes, you will want to attend the Goshen Farm Fall Open House, an event designed to give local residents and history buffs a peek into the past and a glimpse of what promises to be a bright future for historical preservation on the Broadneck Peninsula. The event on Saturday, September 20, from 1 to 4 PM, is the fourth annual fall open house and the second this year (the first was held in the spring). Goshen Farm is located in the Broadneck area of Annapolis, just off of Cape St. Claire Road near the entrance to the Cape St. Claire community. The event is free and open to the public and is a great day for the whole family. Leashed and well-behaved pets are welcome, too! Refreshments will be provided, and Goshen Farm merchandise will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the preservation and restoration of the farm. The street address is 1420 Cape St. Claire Road, Annapolis, MD 21409, but signs will be posted on Cape St. Claire Road directing visitors to the property, and ample parking is available.
