PHOTOS: Goshen Farm's Spaghetti Harvest a Hit

Goshen Farm's first-ever spaghetti harvest dinner served up dozens of plates full of fresh ingredients grown at the historic property on Saturday.

The Goshen Farm Preservation Society works to preserve a more than 300-year-old farm and home, encompassing roughly 22 acres behind the soccer fields at Cape St. Claire Elementary.

This year, the society opened a community sharing garden on the property with plots of soil available for local gardeners. The first-annual spaghetti harvest on Saturday featured vegetables grown on the grounds of the farm itself.

In addition to harvesting the fresh ingredients, the event served as a fundraiser toward restoring the historic property and its surrounding grounds in Cape St. Claire for future generations.
