Upcoming AACC Exhibit Features Healing Art
The art features work from artists recovering from mental illness.
A new exhibit at , βThrough the Rabbit Hole, Visionary Healing Art,β will be open June 4-28 at the college's Pascal Center for Performing Arts Gallery.
Sponsored by Arundel Lodge Inc., the exhibit showcases watercolor and acrylic paintings, weavings, mixed media pieces and visual journals created by Anne Arundel County residents participating in the organizationβs art program, according to a release.
A free reception for the artists, their families and the community takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, in the gallery.
