FOUND: 15-Year-Old Girl Who Disappeared from Catonsville
A teen who went missing under suspicious circumstances is home safely, police reported.
UPDATE (Monday, Feb. 6) — The teen who disappeared from Catonsville at the end of January has been located, Baltimore County police reported Monday. Police said she was safe.
CATONSVILLE, MD — Authorities are asking for help locating a 15-year-old girl who disappeared last week.
Michelle Heaven Simmons was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27, at her home in the unit block of Tanglewood Road, police said.

Her mother went to check on her in the morning and discovered that Simmons was gone, according to police.
The girl "disappeared from her home overnight ... under suspicious circumstances," according to a statement from officials.

Simmons was described as 5'4" tall and 130 pounds, with olive skin; long, dark brown hair; and brown eyes. When last seen, she was wearing red sweatpants or leggings and white Adidas tennis shoes, officials reported.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Michelle Heaven Simmons is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020. The Baltimore County Police Department's Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating.
