2nd Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest July 4 In Catonsville

CATONSVILLE, MD — State Fare in Catonsville will be hosting a socially distanced second annual hot dog eating contest on the Fourth of July. Signups begin at 11:45 a.m. Saturday for ages 15 and younger with the competition beginning at noon. The winner in that age group will win $200. Signups begin at 12:15 p.m. for competitors age 16 and older with the contest beginning after that. The grand prize for that age group is $500.

Also, DJ Kopec will be ushering in the Fourth of July with a special backyard party starting at 8 p.m. State Fare has partnered with DJ Kopec for a special surprise to be unveiled during the livestream. RSVP to the event here.
