  1. Calling all local educators: You could win $500 to enhance student learning through the Putting Students First grant program. Launched by the Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools and First Financial Federal Credit Union, up to 10 BCPS educators will receive $500 grants to spend on supplies, resources, and opportunities or experiences for their students.   2. The Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Legislative Happy Hour tonight from 4 to 6 p.m at Matthew's 1600. The community is invited to mingle with elected officials over hors d'oeuvres and meet the people who represent them in local government.
