- Prioritize sleep — aim for 7–8 hours of quality sleep each night to enhance your cardiovascular health.

Reymann-Curran is a certified athletic trainer and holds dual certifications from the AFFA in Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor. Reymann-Curran also has a certification in personal training through the NSPA (National Strength and Performance Association). She earned her degree in Management of Aging Services from UMBC. As Fitness Manager at Charlestown Retirement Community for 24 years, Reymann-Curran oversees the daily operations of all fitness and aquatic facilities, as well as the community’s fitness team. With 40 years of experience, she also offers group exercise classes and personal training, while promoting fitness opportunities for all Charlestown residents.
