BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A 16-year-old is being charged as an adult in connection with a sexual assault that occurred earlier in the month.
Baltimore County Police said in a Monday release that the teenager was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree assault and robbery.
The teenager remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Authorities said they would not identify the teen due to his age, adding that no further information would be provided about him.
The department said the incident took place Oct. 7 in Baltimore County's Milford Mill area.
