Congratulations to the 11-12-year-old boys representing Catonsville in the Linthicum-Ferndale (LFYAA) baseball tournament! The tournament took place the second week in July, and included teams from regional rec leagues, and 2 travel teams from the area.
Our kids made it all the way to the championship game by winning 3 out of 4 regular games and their semi-final game against the only team that beat them in regular play.
Thanks to Coaches Bob Mellendick, Gary Ault, Scot Bower and Glenn Johnson for all their hard work! While the team lost the championship game, they played with lots of heart, and are champs in our eyes!
