  1. The Children's Home has partnered with Corner House Realty for their 2021 Holiday Giving Program to help vulnerable kids right here in Catonsville. The Home's Holiday Giving Program provides gifts and activities for the children who reside at The Children's Home. Core Aeration and Lawn Services, another local business, has also partnered with The Children's Home to participate in the program. (Catonsville Chamber of Commerce)
  2. In honor of Veteran's Day, Baltimore County Executive Olszewski today announced that he will introduce legislation to expand, enhance, and revitalize Baltimore County's Commission on Veterans' Affairs. The commission was created in 2003 to advocate and help to enhance the quality of life for Baltimore County veterans and their families but has since become defunct. The legislation proposed by Olszewski will modernize the commission through five key steps. The proposed legislation will be introduced on Nov. 15. (Baltimore County Government)
