Sunscreen and babies don't always mix well. What is safe and what is not in the world of sun protection.
Every May, for the last seven years, I go through a the ritual of gathering old tubes of sunscreen, fretting about which ones to buy again, sitting on the decision for weeks until my daughter's first sunburn reminds me time to buy!
But which ones are best? It is not just about exposure from the sun. It is also about exposure to ingredients IN the sunscreen. At last week's New Mom Support Group we discussed a small fraction of the options available in the "natural" sunscreen industry. We compared prices, safety ratings, and usability.
