BREAKING: Police Seek Info About Man Who Does Not Speak English

CATONSVILLE, MD — Police said that a man who does not speak English was found wandering in Catonsville Friday night, and authorities have been unable to get ahold of anyone listed at his address.

Officials found the man, who seems to be Asian, at approximately 6 p.m. in the 6200 block of Foxhall Farm Road in Catonsville.

Police believe the man is Xin Lan Zhuang, 33, whose address through the MVA in Hyattsville. Authorities said they could not reach anyone at his listed residence.
