Carjacking, Burglary, Assault: Precinct 1 Police Roundup
This past week, suspects stole a man's vehicle and stole a man's vehicle keys in the Greater Catonsville area.
CATONSVILLE, MD — The following incidents occurred in the past week in Precinct 1 Wilkens.
July 12: First Degree Assault, 200 Block of Garden Ridge Road 21228
At 7:34 p.m., three unknown suspects entered the victim's apartment, displayed a firearm and looked throughout the apartment for money. There were no injuries nor was any property taken.

July 12: First Degree Burglary, 4200 Block of McDowell Lane 21227
Sometime between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) broke into the residence through a window and stole several items.

July 11: First Degree Assault, 4300 Block of Highview Avenue 21229
At 9:35 p.m., the suspect beat on the victim's door. When the victim answered the door, the suspect pulled the victim outside. The victim and the suspect then got into a physical altercation. Both the suspect and the victim displayed weapons then the suspect fled the scene.
July 11: Attempted First Degree Burglary, 1000 Block of South Beechfield Avenue 21228
At 6:04 a.m., a suspect unsuccessfully attempted to break into the victim's residence by damaging the door.
July 8: Robbery Carjacking, 4400 Block of Alan Drive 21229
At 5:45 a.m., a victim was assaulted and his vehicle was stolen by four suspects, three of whom were juveniles. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle was recovered and the suspects were arrested.
July 8: Robbery, 4300 Block of Alan Drive 21229
At 5:30 a.m., the victim was going to his vehicle when three juvenile suspects approached him and asked him if he had a lighter. When the victim responded that he did not smoke, one of the suspects snatched his keys from his hand and then the suspects fled. The suspects were later arrested.
July 6: Second Degree Burglary, Unit Block of Edmondson Ridge Road 21228
At 11:43 p.m., the suspect entered the victim's backyard and opened the shed. No items were taken from the shed.
