Catonsville Homicide Under Investigation, Police Say

CATONSVILLE, MD — A man was killed in Catonsville Wednesday evening, according to police. Detectives are investigating the death as a homicide.

Arnold Gilbert Burr II, 29, of the 3100 block of Betlou James Place in Gwynn Oak, was outside on the ground when police were called to the 100 block of South Belle Grove Road before 6:30 p.m.

Officials said Burr had been shot in the upper body and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
