At 12:35 a.m., an unknown suspect approached the victim who was sleeping on the sidewalk, assaulted him and stole cash.

September 5 to 7: Second Degree Burglary, 6400 Block of Baltimore National Pike 21228

Sometime between 2 p.m. on September 5 and 10 a.m. on September 7, an unknown suspect entered the gymnasium area of the building and stole money, a cell phone and other miscellaneous items.

September 5: First Degree Burglary, 100 Block of Starhill Lane 21228

At 3 a.m., the victim awoke to an unknown suspect standing in the bedroom. The suspect left the home on foot and the victim drove in an attempt to locate him. The victim located the suspect on Frederick Road and they began to argue. The suspect was arrested when an officer saw the victim and suspect arguing.

Sometime between 7 p.m. on August 31 and 9 a.m. on September 1, unknown suspects made entry through an unlocked door and stole keys and two vehicles from a mechanic shop.

August 31: Robbery Carjacking, 3200 Block of Ryerson Circle 21227

At 11:18 a.m., the victim met with three unknown suspects to sell his vehicle. After a test drive, one of the suspects ordered the victim out of the vehicle at gunpoint. The suspects fled in the victim's vehicle and the suspect vehicle that they arrived in.
