Catonsville Motorcyclist Killed In Winters Lane Crash: Police

CATONSVILLE, MD — Authorities are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in Catonsville that happened Tuesday afternoon. There was one other vehicle involved in the crash, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

John Yoon, 27, of the 6400 block of Clifton Forge Circle in Catonsville, was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he later died, police said.

Yoon had been riding a motorcycle north on Winters Lane when a Jeep Liberty headed south tried to turn left onto Edmondson Avenue in front of the motorcycle, according to officials.

Investigators determined the motorcycle hit the passenger side of the Jeep.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Investigation Team is continuing the probe into the deadly collision.
