CCBC Catonsville is looking for new people to join their Swimnastics class for Spring 2015! You don't even have to know how to swim!

Looking for a way to get some exercise? Want to meet new people? Don’t fee like running on a treadmill? Can’t afford expensive gym fees? CCBC Catonsville is looking for new people to join their “Swimnastics” class for Spring 2015. It is for all ages, and you do not even have to know how to swim! The depth of the pool is from 3 feet to 10 feet, so you can stand the whole time or if you want to be intense, go for the deep end(: The class runs from February 2- May 16 2015. This class is a GREAT way to get that exercise, and is easy on the joints (swimming is low impact). It is also a great way to meet new people The classes are three times per week, for about 45 minutes. If you are interested, feel free to call 443-840-4470. This class is great and VERY affordable!
