Harvest Sock Hop

Remember the homecoming dance and sock hops? Emanuel United Methodist Church 6517 Frederick Road Catonsville, MD is hosting a Harvest Sock Hop on  Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Dance the night away to the music of the Retro-Rockets, a 6 piece 50s and 60s rock and roll band, playing great music from the golden age of rock and roll.  Enjoy the perfect fall treat of classic tunes of Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Eva, Wilson Pickett, the Drifters, Patsy Cline and many other great musicians from the early days of rock and roll.  $10 per person.  This event is open to the public.  Light refreshments will be available and door prizes from many local merchants will be given away all evening.
