Columbia Bands and the Columbia Concert Band are pleased to host Maryland Community Band Day 2011. Bring a blanket or chair and a picnic and enjoy an eclectic offering of contemporary, show tunes, marches, classical and more! Eight of Maryland's top community bands will be in attendance from, including: Bay Winds, Olney, Montgomery Village, Baltimore Symphonic, Browningsville Cornet, Rockville and Bel Air.
This event is “rain or shine” and is open to the public. No tickets or admission charges necessary. Refreshments from the RHHS Band Boosters will be available.
