UPDATED: Man Found After Disappearing in Catonsville Saturday

Baltimore County police said he frequents stores and coffee shops.

UPDATE (4:45 p.m. on Sunday)—Jerome Barry Lowenstein was found and returned home safely, Baltimore County police reported.

(Previous report issued Saturday night)—A man who lives in the Reisterstown area disappeared Saturday morning in Catonsville, and the Baltimore County Police Department has asked the public for assistance in finding him.

Jerome Barry Lowenstein, 66, of the Reisterstown area, was last seen in the unit block of Wade Avenue in Catonsville at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, police said.

He suffers from dementia, according to police.

Lowenstein is 5’8” tall, weighs 146 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, according to a report from Baltimore County police, who did not know what he was wearing.

Lowenstein may not be familiar with the Catonsville area, according to the report.
