  1. Earlier this week, the National Weather Service issued winter weather advisories for today, Feb. 4, through the morning. Locals can expect a period of sleet or freezing rain blanketing the region as warm air moves up the eastern seaboard. Cold air from the mountains started to pour into Maryland early this morning and is expected to continue to the noon hour. (WBAL-TV)
  2. According to Baltimore County Police, the suspect involved in Thursday's stabbing incident near Lansdowne High School is now in custody. That morning at approximately 7:20 a.m., officers were called to the 3800 block of Hollins Ferry Rd., 21227 where they located one person suffering from an apparent stab wound.
