Man Fatally Shot Near Ingleside Avenue: Police
The 26-year-old man was believed to have been targeted, Baltimore County police reported after the deadly shooting.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – A man was shot and killed Thursday night in what police say appears to be a targeted shooting on a footpath in southwest Baltimore County.
At 11:40 p.m., police responded to a report about gunshots in the area of the 5900 block of Talbott Street.
Dangelo Quante Evans, 26, had been shot at least once in the upper body, according to authorities.

Police said that Evans, of the 3800 block of Greenmount Avenue, was found lying on a footpath in a thinly wooded area.
Officers attempted to save his life, but police said he was later pronounced deceased at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Investigators said they believe Evans was targeted in the shooting.
A suspect has not been identified, police reported Friday afternoon.
