Maryland Food Bank Drive Drop-off Site at Weichert, Realtors - Caton Properties
Now through Monday, December 22, drop off a non-perishable food item for the Maryland Food Bank Drive.
Food insecurity is a complex issue impacting Maryland individuals and families statewide. More than 457,000 people in the Maryland area don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Hunger is a problem that you can help solve.
WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Caton Properties is participating in the Maryland Food Bank Drive as a drop-off location for items in need. From now through Monday, December 22 you can donate non-perishable food items at their Ellicott City office. The items most needed include:
- Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc.)
- Peanut butter
- Pasta
- Fruits (canned or dried)
- Canned soup
- Canned vegetables
- Evaporated & powdered milk
- Infant formula
- Breakfast cereal & oatmeal
- Rice
- Nuts & seeds
- Beans (canned or dried)
“With a simple donation you can provide much-needed hunger relief for our Maryland neighbors and community members,” said Dan Iampieri, manager with WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Caton Properties. “This is the sixth year we’ve been a drop-off location for the Food Drive and we plan to continue working with the Maryland Food Bank to make a change in people’s lives.”

The Maryland Food Bank is a nonprofit hunger-relief organization, leading the movement to end hunger throughout Maryland. For more than 35 years, the Maryland Food Bank has partnered with communities across the state to distribute food to individuals and families in need. Through carefully crafted programs, the food bank aims to meet the immediate needs of Marylanders while simultaneously working to find long term ways to reduce hunger statewide.
