Max Mendelzon Named 2026 Charlestown Leadership Award Winner

Charlestown, a continuing care retirement community located in Catonsville, MD, developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, has named Director of Continuing Care Max Mendelzon the 2026 Leadership Award Winner.

"Max consistently exemplifies remarkable leadership and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among his team, ensuring the highest level of service to Charlestown residents,” said Executive Director Don Grove.

In March, he was honored along with 22 other leaders, one from each of Erickson Senior Living’s communities across the country and its home office, at the company’s Leadership Summit in Baltimore, Maryland.
