Police Cancel Silver Alert After Missing Person Found
Officials said that a man who disappeared from Maiden Choice Lane Monday was located on Tuesday.

CATONSVILLE, MD — A 69-year-old man who went missing from Maiden Choice Lane on Monday morning has been found, police reported Tuesday night. Clarence David Holmes was located in Howard County, officials said. The silver alert for Holmes has been canceled.
PREVIOUS REPORT (EXPIRED) —Authorities are asking for help finding a man who disappeared from Catonsville Monday afternoon and is described as critically missing.
Clarence David Holmes, 69, should have a blue medical shoe on one foot and a black shoe on the other, police said. He was last seen at 10:45 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 26, leaving the 700 block of Maiden Choice Lane, according to officials.

Police said Holmes was in a 2000 Honda Civic that was tan in color, had four doors and bore Maryland tag number "25584BY."
He is described as a 5'11" African-American man with gray hair and brown eyes who weighs approximately 175 pounds. On Monday he was wearing glasses, a polo shirt and black pants, along with his different-colored shoes.

Holmes does not have a cell phone with him, officials said.
