Police: Skeletal Remains at CCBC Identified

The medical examiner has confirmed the identity of the deceased, police said.

The remains found on the CCBC campus in June have been identified, the Baltimore County Police Department reported Monday, Sept. 14.

Andrew Bibo, 49, was identified as the deceased, police reported. The cause of death is listed as undetermined, according to the report.

Police said that before 1 p.m. on June 11, authorities were called to the 800 block of Rolling Road, where skeletal remains were found in a wooded area on the campus of the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) in Catonsville. Surveyors working in the vicinity had spotted the human remains and notified authorities, police said.

The remains were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where they were identified as Bibo, according to police, who previously said there were no signs of foul play.

Bibo’s father said his last known address was the 100 block of Prospect Avenue, where he had not lived for more than a year, police reported.
