Resident Assaulted After Home Invasion: Precinct 1 Police Roundup
A man was knocked unconscious and had his money stolen, according to the police department.
CATONSVILLE, MD — The following is a roundup of police activity for the past week in Precinct 1 Wilkens.
August 8: Robbery, 4000 Block of McDowell Lane 21227

Sometime between 1 and 2 a.m., five suspects in a vehicle approached the victim. The suspects exited the vehicle and at gunpoint robbed the victim of his money, wallet and jewelry. The suspects then fled in the vehicle.
August 7: First Degree Burglary, 600 Block of Southmont Road 21228

At 9:37 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry into the victim's residence through an unlocked screen door. Once inside, the suspect physically assaulted the victim and then fled.

August 7 to 9: Attempted Second Degree Burglary, 2600 Block of Tulip Avenue 21227

Sometime between 3 p.m. on August 7 and 1:32 a.m. on August 9, a screen was cut out of a screen door, the garage door was damaged and a shed door was found to be open at the victim's vacant house. No property was removed from the location.
August 5: Robbery, 6400 Block of Baltimore National Pike 21228

Around 2:30 a.m., an unknown suspect struck the victim with a weapon rendering him unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness he noticed that his bag with change was missing.
