Suspect Draws Knife, Steals Goods: Precinct 1 Police Roundup
A suspect was caught shoplifting and removed from the store. He returned with a knife and stole the items he originally shoplifted.
CATONSVILLE, MD — The following is a roundup of police activity for the previous week in Precinct 1 Wilkens.
August 23: Robbery, 6000 Block of Baltimore National Pike 21228
At 1:02 p.m., a loss prevention officer stopped a suspect who stole an item from the Home Depot. The item was recovered. The suspect then returned to the store, brandishing a knife, and took the stolen property from the loss prevention officer. The suspect was located and arrested.
August 21: Robbery, 4400 Block of Alan Drive 21229
At 9:29 p.m., four armed suspects approached a cook out and announced a robbery. Suspects stole property from two victims and fled on foot. Three of the suspects were located a short distance away and taken into custody.
