The future of  in the city could be decided at Tuesday's College Park Mayor and Council meeting, according to the Prince George's Property Owners' Association website. Council discussed a draft ordinance at last week's worksession, which would—if approved—extend the rent stabilization law beyond its September 2012 expiration, among other changes.
