Take Your Trash to the City

No one likes cleaning.

Well, I don't, anyway.

But the City of College Park is making it easier for you to take part in ritualistic Spring cleaning duties with its Clean Up Saturdays for the rest of April.

Residents of College Park can drop off all those hard-to-get-rid of, non-hazardous materials from 7:30 a.m. until noon at the public works facility () for the remaining three Saturdays in April.

The director of public works said residents can bring anything under the sun... furniture, building materials, recyclables, etc. ... as long is it's non-hazardous.

Proof of residency is required.
