Trash to Treasure Drive

With the semester soon coming to a close, students will be packing up their belongings to get summer underway.  As you pack, there are bound to be items that won’t fit into your bags and/or you realize you just don’t need those items any longer.

You’re in luck! The Department of Resident Life and the Residence Hall Association Sustainability Committee (SCOM) are sponsoring the expanded Trash to Treasure drive to collect unwanted items (clothing, small appliances, fans, lamps, etc.) from students in the halls before they check out for donation to Goodwill.

In order for this to be a success, WE NEED STUDENT VOLUNTEERS!  We need YOU! Mother Earth needs YOU!  Please consider volunteering for 1 or 2 shifts throughout the week of May 14-18. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE T-SHIRT FOR YOUR TIME!!! Trash to Treasure sign-up sheet is now available.
