Civic Leaders to Be Honored in Wednesday College Park
The awards ceremony will recognize those that have helped the Prince George's County community.
A group of Prince George's County community leaders will be honored Wednesday at a ceremony in College Park.
The Community Foundation for Prince George’s 2013 Civic Leadership Awards Ceremony will recognize the following people starting at 6:30 p.m.:
- Prince George’s County Council Member William A. Campos (D-Dist. 2)
- Old Line Bank President & CEO James W. Cornelsen
- Artist & Scholar David C. Driskell
- Singer/Songwriter Rebecca W. Dukes
- Prince George's County Planning Board Chairman Elizabeth M. Hewlett.
County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III is set to speak at the event in the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center at the University of Maryland.
