Children will learn to speak, read, and write Chinese. They will be introduced to pinyin (the Romanized alphabet used to help pronounce Chinese) as well as Chinese characters. The children will also learn to speak key words and phrases. Introductory course: The children will learn Chinese through games, activities, and songs. Topics include greetings, family members, numbers, colors, parts of the body, food and drinks, etc.
