New 30/Thirty Fitness Program

Music, Aerobics and Weight training! Get 30 minutes of muscle building/toning followed by 30 minutes of cardio enhancing aerobics set to dance music from the 80's and 90's. Great program for goal oriented "boomers" with plans to improve health and stamina!

Local Fitness Guru Renee Boykins will instruct.
