Currently starring as Darryl Philbin on NBC’s Emmy-winning comedy “The Office,” Craig Robinson got his comedic start as a stand-up comedian at Chicago’s famed The Second City. After performing at—and winning—numerous comedy festivals across the country, Robinson brought his act to late-night television, appearing on “The Jimmy Kimmel Show,” “Sketchpad,” and “Real Time with Bill Maher.” He also can be seen in “Hot Tub Time Machine,” “Knocked Up,” “The Pineapple Express,” and Tyler Perry’s “Daddy’s Little Girl.” Robinson will bring to Maryland his unique style of musical comedy that is sure to have audiences laughing. A regular fixture on nationwide comedy tours, you’ll recognize Michael Ian Black from his commentary on VH1’s “I Love the…” series. His Comedy Central special and CD, Very Famous, premiered in August 2011 and was followed by a national tour, Black is White. His first comedy CD, I Am A Wonderful Man, was released in 2007. Black co-created, wrote, and starred in shows such as “The State,” ”Viva Variety,” “Stella,” and “Michael and Michael Have Issues,” and played bowling alley manager Phil on NBC’s “Ed” for nearly four seasons.
