Councilwoman Denise Mitchell and Councilman Marcus Afzali of Dist. 4 will be on hand to discuss the city's fiscal year 2013 budget, at the West College Park Civic Association spring meeting.
This meeting will also include a presentation by the 21st Delegation and Civic Association elections.
